Ongoing Drop-In Workshops
Format:
60-90 minutes
Once per week
Stand-alone sessions (non-cumulative)
This flexible workshop series is designed to accommodate participants who may not be able to commit to a long-term program. Each session includes ensemble-based theater exercises that build confidence, collaboration, and emotional awareness.
Workshops Include:
Theater games
Ensemble thinking practice
Improv (comedy and scene work)
Physical techniques
Accessing and understanding emotions
Vocal and breathing exercises
Centering and grounding practices
Participants develop creative expression, teamwork skills, and tools for emotional regulation in a supportive group setting.
Format:
90 minute workshop each week (32 weeks)
Additional rehearsals during the final 4 weeks
Culminates in a participant-written and performed play
This 80-hour comprehensive program guides participants through the full process of developing and staging an original theater production.
